As time passes and technology advances, the number of internet users increased incredibly, according to data from the Mexican Internet Association in 2005 and 17 million people were Internet users, and this figure increases by 21% each year.

This means that there is a great opportunity to increase sales and corporate income; this is an untapped market today.

«Most Internet users are young people aged between 15 and 35 years, middle socioeconomic low to high, employees and students.»[1] Which indicates that they have the buying power, thus to spend much time surfing the internet the chances are you make this purchase through the same, this to the user who has an accelerated pace of life as it is today days, representing a very large facility and benefit.

The activities are usually performed on the Internet are: reading email, searching, chat, view or pay for services, banking, entertainment, shopping and pay for products, among others.

Among all these activities are carried out on the internet takes on special importance of the purchases, that because 51% of total Internet users in Mexico have purchased at least one item online.[2]

These purchases are made with credit or debit card and are for amounts ranging between $ 400 and $ 1,000 pesos.[3]

It should be mentioned that the internet is an almost indispensable tool in today’s life of any person who works, studies, etc. As the user does not think twice to use it for almost anything, thanks to the availability of information found in so if you want or need to buy or acquire something, first look at different websites, purchase prices, and choose the best, that is why companies need to know to take this situation, reliability and customer offering immediate response to their needs.
