The objective of the technical memory is to document the voice, data and /or video technical infrastructure according to the customer needs. |

The activities that TDM realizes as part of the service of technical memory are:
• To document the configuration of all the equipments of voice data and video of the customer.
• To document the connection of all the equipments of voice, data / or video of the customer.
• To document the functioning of the application of voice, data and / or video of the customer.
• To deliver a document that describes the current condition of functioning of the application of voice, information and / or video of the customer.
