The activities TDM will perform as part of this service are:

•    Contact carriers to request the service required.
•    Analyze carriers’ contract and offer recommendations.
•    Define due date with the carriers.
•    Confirm carriers service configuration orders.
•    Schedule carriers service installation dates.
 

Customer Pre-Sale Requirements:

TDM will need a letter from the customer notifying to the carriers that TDM will be in charge of Network Acquisition on behalf of the customer.
