This service is provided by the TDM Quality Assurance Center, and is available for all products that TDM sells. TDM provides on site support and remote technical assistance (Via telephone, fax, e-mail, or video conferencing). Installations are available locally, regionally or worldwide.
TDM Quality Assurance Center: Testing and configuring the acquired equipment, under the environment and configuration required by the client, guarantying the correct functioning at the moment of been installed, avoiding delays due to "Dead on arrival".
